Chilton ISD’s Tax Rate History
Over the past 20+ years, Chilton ISD’s total tax rate has trended steadily decreased. At one point it was as high as $1.56 (per $100 of valuation), but it is currently at its lowest point in those 20+ years, or $1.1204 (per $100 of valuation).
How will this affect my taxes?
If the voters approve the bond, there will be a 29.61 cent tax impact on the I&S rate.
